- Meeting with Village Attorney to discuss items of ongoing litigation. (Kathy Zalantis will attend needs to leave by 6:15 p.m.)
Work Session Discussion and Policy Items (approximate start time 6:30 p.m.):
- LWRP Update discussion with Susan Favate of BFJ Planners and Charles McCaffrey
- Discussion of Zoning Text Amendments from October, 2010, including the accommodations for Fast Food Restaurants.
- Resolution authorizing the Village to enter into an agreement with the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation (FAF) regarding the Mamaroneck Jazz Festival.
- IMA for the Rye Town Dissolution study; RFP included.
- Fees, including Camp Fees and Softball Fees for 2011 Season.
- Discussion of awarding contract for Data Management Services and Document Scanning to NY GIS Group at no cost to the Village.
- Designation of an Ad Hoc Committee to review the Dogs in Parks conceptual proposal.
- Discussion of Budget approach, strategy and philosophy going forward, including Budget committee Report.
- Status of training and safety for DPW, Police and Fire.
- Agreement with the U.S. Sports Institute for Recreational Programs
